DEVELOPING STUDENT LEADERS AND PROMOTING EMPATHY

OUR SUMMARY

Belonging protects against Educational Displacement by developing student leaders who promote belonging and empathy in their communities. All participants will engage in a five-hour course led by Dr. Amra Sabic-El-Rayess that introduces them to the key concepts of Educational Displacement and strategies to prevent it from occurring in their schools and communities. Following the training, students participate in one of two pathways. See here for more information on each student experience.
